Payment system is automated. I don't even see a purchase pending on your account, so contact your payment processor. Maybe they haven't approved it for all i know.

As i told you contact PayPal. Mention that we don't see the payment or it isn't listed as completed for us and see what the status of the payment is. As i also mentioned our system is automated so once the payment is fully cleared you will gain access.

It may very well be completed from you to PayPal, but it still hasn't arrived to us, otherwise you would be labeled a customer. No point to debate what i'm saying. Either wait it out for a day or two until everything goes through fine or contact them.

May 20th, 2016 12:15 PMThanks tho, figured out the issue... Tried to send 7€ to my other account and it says PENDING under funds.. You should take a look and see if there is one.. Atleasti have and it says:
Number of transactions under Payment Review: 1
Pending balance for transactions under Payment Review: €7.00 EUR

As long as you know you sent the payment, then just wait for it to get out of pending or do as i said and contact them. I cannot actually look at the business PayPal account since that's not my job so i cannot verify if it's truly pending or not, but i can assure you, once it fully clears the automated system will grant you access.
