Banned for IDA

Hi,
I got banned for IDA I guess. Which was opened while I started x22. I'm getting no answers after I sent messages to some stuff members since 2 days now.
It wasn't my intention, that IDA was still open when x22 started. It just took a while to save my last file and I thought it wouldn't matter as long as I don't inject into the game. But suddenly I couldnt login anymore on the Client and the Forum said I was banned.
I hope someone can help me.
