Where is my Subscription?

Hey Guys,
i just bought the bronze pack for WW2.
On my profile it sais "no active subscriptions" and i can log in to XCLIENT.
Its more after an hour ago that i made the payment. On PayPal i lost 20 euros lol.
Pls respond asap and explain me how i can fix this.

They stated that it can take up to 24h.
