i have problem with paying for Hardwere ID reset,i go to pay via Visa,but show me ''Payment rejected''

Make sure that you have funds on your Visa/ that its valid .

Just retry it. As i saw there was someone who´s payment failed twice but the third try worked

or if possible to somebody buy for me and i give him money on his bank acc?
