Can't buy HW Reset ID

I am currently having a problem paying. Before I used to use paypal but this payment method is no longer there and with the new payment method "HiPay", it is refused by my bank.


How to do this? I need a new HW ID because I bought a new computer.

You can buy crypto currency with paypal and pay with crypto the HWID reset.
or look for crypto voucher cards. should also work
