Yep this is what you need to make a cool sig.

#1: Photoshop or w/e.
#2: Tutorials
#3: Practice

All of which are givin to you, you just need to look for ;)

nice work, the only thing I would say is move the text up so that the white with the background doesn't conflict with the white from the text :)
