Won't accept credit card

So wanted to use x22 cheats again, and now on new pc, so I have to get a HWID reset, but it won't accept my credit card. Using Visa Debit and it says the card number is invalid, however it is 100% correct?

Try at a later time or use another card if you have one. You can also message the payment processor and see what the issue is.

If you try later time, that will not work, i have tried the last 5 days.
