My concern is if no spread is working and wallhack and chams.

Here it says that wallhack and chams are currently disabled

ahh my bad.. many people nowadays focusing on BO4 so I didnt pay attention on that

Its working as intended. Keep in mind that the cheat is not compatible with the community patches.

So does this mean it wont work for latest cracked call of duty 4 ? Cod 4x 1.8?

cheats from x22 works only with legit copy of game not warez or pirated cracks

It can work for cracked Versions.

But x22 will never officially support cracked Versions, so if it doesnt work / stops working, dont complain.
