Skin changer, lite version?

Just a quick question. Is the skin-/knifechanger also included in the lite version (CSGO) or only in instanthook?
I did try and read what was included, and it didn't seem like the skinchanger was included in the lite version, so i am assuming it isn't - but when i looked at the screenshots it was included, so can anyone tell me?
