issue with re-subscribing

I used the usual hipay option and it declined (trust me plenty of money that wasnt the issue)

i called the bank they have no report of it even attempting to run though suntrust systems so its not a block from the bank...

is it on hipays end? how do i even go about resolving this?

im not really hip to the bitcoin or paysafe card or even how to get one so im wondering how i can just use my debit card like i have been the last 3 months!

It is strange that your bank said nothing about it.
Generally, a call is needed when it happens and the payment will work after :/!

your right usually when my bank puts a hold on it i just call them, remove the hold. and re purchase and it works.

x on your end does it show the bank receive and decline it?
or would only hipay know that? is their a way to contact them?

essentially curious where to go from here :(

i can send via paypal to you x or whatever else you can think of if this for some reason we cant get to work

Status is "declined" and reason is "unknown". But this is for declined payment from banks :/!

ugh they are still saying their are ZERO active pending payments they've declined...

any other ideas?

it would take a few days to get a paysafe card in my hand, as would ordering a new debit card

guys ive tried everything, i love these x22 and im trying to do a 1 month all access premium (for my 3rd month in a row) or lifetime...

I went out and GOT A NEW DEBIT CARD and it STill didnt work with hipay

i went and got a loadable visa card and tried it a Third way through hipay.

and NOTHING..

i drove to SEVEN stores that claim to be paysafe card retailers and NONE have them

im literally just lost guys,

please any other ideas.. im running out of options. all thats left to try is this x22 VIP card or bitcoin pay which needs link to bank routing and amillion things i cant get info for on a sunday today
