Any improvements to BO4 such as silent aim?

Used the hack many months ago. Was wondering if any improvements, I remember ESP in blackout had fps drops and also no silent aim were my two main things.

Never had any issues with the Blackout mode. But if someone got a problem it with, its not cheat related. Its related on how the game handles that mode. The ESP might seem like the cause of that, but its actually not.
The game renders every object within the map and the ESP tries to mark everything. For some guys, that might reduce the fps a bit.
Silent aim isnt included.
