Banned ?

Hello everyone,

I have been a diamond user since almost 5 years and this summer, when I tried to connect to x22's website, it said i am banned. At the moment I really did not know why.

I saw that a lot of us got automatic banned for some third software use.
I might have used some tools/softwares like that because I am a student in computer science engineering. I might have used some software like WireShark but I really don't remember.

I even did not know that x22 had a automatic ban for that. Next time I will be very careful and I will close every software before opening x22.

Well, there were two other accounts linked to the mentioned one. The mentioned one was banned for ToS violation.
Both of the newly created accounts got manually bannned. So dont expect anything to happen, because such bans are there for a reason.

Well, you had contacted me a few days ago and told you that you won't be unbanned if you notice that ban 6 months after logging in.
I've also explained you why you got banned, but you kept telling you did nothing of that and demanding to be unbanned because there's no "proof"
even tho I've told you multiple times, what has caused the ban.

I do not remember it was 3 or 6 months ago my last log in...

First account, "edouardu44_1" manually banned by Amduscia, simply asking why I've been banned in pm. I have did nothing wrong. Really. If you do not trust me, ask Amduscia screenshot of our pm. I can not get it by myself because I have been abuse banned by Amduscia. I would love to show that to everyone. Take your responsibilities Amduscia show it to everyone. : pmid=781741

Second automated banned in less than 1 minute, I have just signed up and get banned without doing nothing...

To sum up, this is the result when you want to take good initiatives and avoid polluting the forum by making private messages and settle the matter directly with admins.....
Now I'm forced to pollute "general discussion" to get justice..........




Put yourself in my seat, you have paid more than 100€ for an account on the internet, you have just been banned without knowing the reason, you just ask admins why. You are told that it could be that or that, without being specific.

You are legitimately asking for proof. We answer you don't look for "it's like that, accept it".
And then you find exactly the same cases on the forum where people get unbanned......

Then I showed that to Amduscia and he banned me : That was absolutely not "ToS violation"

Now I think there's a good chance that this message will never appear since Amduscia could ban me or delete this message for no valid reason, once again....



It is really easy to abuse of its authority... You should moderate yourself before moderate others...

You do realize that all the information we got and you provided are way too suspicious? Plus your previous attempts to force a lift of the ban and that rude behavior, wont help at all.
x22 already looked at it and currently said no.
