Bought cheats

I've bought cheats and on my bank account the payment has been made, but when I login on x22 it's saying I have no paid/active subscription. Can someone help me out?!

Okay, from what we found is that the payment was rejected. It never reached our account. You need to contact the payment processor. Sorry. :-/
