hipay stopped working? maybe?

Been using netspend cards monthly through hipay and havent had an issue in 6 some months, its declining those cards, my bank card, just about any payment form at the moment.

also paysafe cards are nowhere to be found near me east coast U.S.

"payment rejected"

is the error via hipay

Hipay catches your transactions as fraudulent and block them.
I don't have more details...I contacted them, we will see.
