I have been trying to make a payment via Hipay but keep getting denied, I have tried multiple credit cards with no luck. I contacted the credit card company and they have told me no charge has been attempted. Has anyone had this issue?

I hope that is an option for you! There is another Reseller (please do not quote me on that one) I guess I am still trying to find for you...
