I just bought DBD Subscription and paid per sofortüberweisung.

Subscription is active in my account but I cannot get permission to the xclient download nor get marked as customer

can you help me?
money already got booked

Doesnt automatically means we received it.
Either there is an error in the sync or the payment isnt fully completed.

how is it possible then that my DBD Cheat already started to count days. It expires 3rd November but still cant get access to it. Money is gone for 3 days now aswell..
