Go to their website and use the navigation to get in touch with them.
Btw, did you enable 3D secure?

it only shows this web.hipayment.com on their website, check here please https://hipaywallet.com/ I dont know 3d secure, but it text me that my card was charged

If 3D Secure wasnt enabled HiPay will refund the Payment within 14 Days, contact them please.

3D Secure needs be enabled and answered
