yes BO4 is available for purchase.. simply choose your membership subscription and choose your desired Black Ops 4: http://shop.x22cheats.com/payments.php

I can tell than CoD:IW and CoD:WWII are clean even while streaming via OBS so I guess all Call of Duty franchiese games are same at this point but I am not 100% sure

I'd recommend not raging so much bcs some manual bans from devs still can happen like Game ban

Don't rage or go super blatant e.g don't target the same bone. Play like you are being watched.

You mean stat bans. They don't check reports, the system automatically determines if you're a cheater or not by your statistics and playstyle. That's why even actual semi-pro players have been banned in BO4. Its also why when a pro does get banned, then everyone else can full rage hack for a week or two, because they take the system offline for review & tuning LOL. happened to me for a good 2-3 weeks of raging when another pro got banned.
