HiPay rejected

Hi, I wanted to buy the silver package for CS:GO, for 29.95. It redirected me to HiPay (as usual) but HiPay rejected my payment and the actual money got withdrawn from my bank account.
I read a few posts here that stated HiPay will pay me back, so I tried it again. Same thing happened. So I'm out 59.90 now.
I've made a ticket at HiPay to get a refund, but they said
"Regarding your request, we would like to remind you that HiPay Professional is only a payment solution offered to e-merchants so that they can sell goods and services. To get more information on your problem, we invite you to contact directly the merchant's customer service."
So I guess here I am.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will be automatically refunded from hipay.

But i contacted them, it needs to stop.

But for the issue at hand, did you enable 3-D secure as mentioned?
