Banned for no reason!

Hi, i had an account named JoaocCruzPT and I bought CS premium cheat (lifetime). I got banned for violating the ToS. I think it was because I logged in from a different computer, but that only happened because my previous PC stopped working, so I bought a new one (this one I'm using). Please check my situation, because I spent a lot of money to use this cheat and It's totally not fair get banned because of a situation I can't control. Not my fault the PC I had stopped working

Its possible that the ban was automated and caused by a program in the background that you had running. (E.g de-bugging programs and other cracking tools)

I don't have any other programs. I only have CS and some other games from Steam and origin. So there's no way I get unbanned?

As Johnny said, you gotta proof that this account belongs to you.

I don't know what you talking about, I only used 2 computers. I'm the real owner of the account, I have the account original email. If there are more ways to prove that I'm the real owner then I would be very pleased to to make them

How can you have proofs of the sale of the account if I didn't sell it? I don't know what do I need to do to confirm that I'm the original owner. I have the original email, I bought the cheat with discount for less than 50 euros, I can literally do anything you want to confirm that I'm the original owner.

I never gave the account to anyone, what may have happened is login while using VPN (???). I don't know why would I do that, but I've been a costumer for more than 2 years, so that might have happened.

I received the email confirming my registration on the 20/06/2017. I used paysafe card to buy the cheat. My birthday is 9/5. I bought the cheat only for a month before I bought the lifetime version.

Just because you "got" access to the basic information, it doesnt mean you are the owner of that account.
Pm me the payment details and every information you can think of. I will check that information, which doesnt mean if its correct that the ban will be lifted.
Non the less if ones account gets banned for selling / sharing, its the fault of the owner alone. Since its his/her responsibility to keep the account safe.
