I bought in 2015:
-Product: Rust Cheats - VIP Subscription
-Subscription: Lifetime
and I don't have access to the new cheat, do I have to buy the cheat back or is it a bug?

You have to buy it again since it's premium now. It's one of the hardest cheats to remain undetected and thats why it costs a lot.
