Do people get any fps drops? and when was the last detection?

I would say that depends on your hardware, if you got some decent setup you won't face any issues.
The situation about bans is unclear - lot's of people getting some sort of loop while others are totally fine even after days of using.

Theirs a slight fps drop in modes like ground war since drawing stuff on 64 players isn't easy but it depends on your hardware like tmY mentioned.

A few people have gotten the connection issue thing that seems to be a ban but my account still is fine with no ban and many others are too.
