Format Computer - Question with hax

Hey,
I'm an old school guy, but I never bought hacks life time for the simple reason that I don't know if we eventually format the computer I lose this benefit?

Oh ... and just to inform you that since I bought hacks I have never been banned, especially in CSGO.
I was always able to stay in Global all the time I had the hacks :D.

Its possible that you would need to purchase a HWID reset if you do that.
But it highly depends on what and how you change it.
