You can google that the rate limit message means.
That message is triggered from an automated system.

So why i got only on the "Ryukai" account and not from this one ? i just tried to log in like 2 hours ago and just 1 time, my last connection before that went back a few weeks

I let it check now, you ran into a rate limit at one page and got restricted from that.
