Well, more than 1k users is using it and only 1% of the userbase got banned, and most likely because of the ss cleaner malfunctioned. I am using it since the ss cleaner update 1 month ago and I am good. I am also level 155 and really close to Damascus. I am playing legit tho. But sometimes when I'm mad I shoot the motherfucker through the wall. Btw damascus isnt worth the grind but fuck it.

If you're worried about getting banned, don't cheat. The cheat has some small problems with cleaning screenshots as mentioned above, but it doesn't seem to affect everyone. I'm sure it will be fixed soon, as security is what matters at a pay2cheat site.
It also depends on how long you're buying the subscription for.. If you're gonna buy like 6 months, then why not buy it now while its on sale and if you're too scared to cheat right now, just wait a few days because I'm sure it will be fixed very soon.
