Hipay payment problem

I use hipay for payment but prompt me error message：- an error occurred while processing the form.trying to replace the computer and browser didn't work out there

I contacted hipay, but they told me:Regarding your request, we would like to inform you that, hereafter, all requests / problem will be processed only when it is reported directly to us by the merchant.

I could have told you that they say that, because they are stupid and dont want to bother with others.^^
Do you use any script blockers or so?

I didn't use any script blockers. I was able to pay normally before. I have used other methods to pay. I will use hipay to test next time I pay.Thank you very much for your reply
