Lost my Password

i just need help form Support.
Sorry for opening a post here but i had to create a new account to contatct someone.

When i try a passwort reset on my account i dont get an E-Mail.

Simply make sure not to block our mails, if you cant figure that out on yourself (seems like a smaler private mail server to me) ask your administrator or host to do it.

I found the Problem:
it not pass the security of my provider because there is no "MX Record in your Domain in DNS"

Well, I dont think that the mxtoolbox takes services like cloudfare into account.
Simply adjust the listing for your server.^^

now i changed to strato and still no E-mails in the Inbox :(

I dont think you know what that stuff actually works. Contact your provider and tell them to simply whitelist the mails.
