Um Payment problem?

So i noticed another guy had the same problem so yea all the site told me is there was a error with the payment there was no code no nothing just a payment error and a button saying return to forums then my money poofed the transaction id is 0W653752MM877643T it was for 1 month ROE ....

Well you said Hipay and your transaction ID is from Paypal :)!
We don't use Paypal...

you are correct but thats not a paypal as you think i have whats called a paypal business card that allows me to use things that don't use paypal email
the card looks like this

I dont think paypal card support 3DS.
It will get automatically refunded within 14 days.

i guess i need to contact a re-seller that will be about 14 days from now i guess if its not refunded ill dispute it since product didn't go through on your end
