I wanted to pay the subscription for a spoofer but after paying it tells me payment was rejected even though the money was still debited, the problem is that I paid with a prepaid MasterCard so I don't know if I will receive the refund after 14 days. Is there any way to receive the subscription and cancel the refund?

No. Simply wait for the reimbursement from the payment processor. We dont have the money, so we cant do anything here.
