My payment was rejected but my monney was taken

Today i have purchased 1 month sub through hipay. After paying the rejected my payment and my monney still was taken by no reason
That provider like a scammer, lot of people outhere was lot their monney like my case

Yes. The first and second time 2 try paying through my visa with 3d secure but they rejected all my payment. Next try my Master card with no 3d secure amd they took my monney but rejected my payment
Will i get my monney bakc from them ?

I dont know why you guy didnt accept paypal method. Hipay have lot of bad review from everywhere
Try using 3 card and i dont know why they rejected all, re check my card its ok
