As far as I noticed, its the first time.
Btw, going to the police station wont change anything. ;) Except getting into trouble, because its a crime to threat someone / blackmail them (attempts count too).
So please, simply tell us the payment processor, the payment ID and the time and date of the purchase. Otherwise we wont be able to see what happen.
But let me do guess, you used HiPay?
