I dont even have permision to go to VIP forum to download client :/ I thought it will be automated after paying for cheat but I need to wait for validation?

you can also see it from your status you are only a member not a customer. I paid with paysafecard because I was a customer immediately. hipay apparently takes a little longer. I don't know anything about hipay

Thanks for the answer. Its kinda bad cause it charged me 24 euro for 3 months but there's not even a single mail on my email about payment

wait a bit, it definitely comes when the money has debited. payment must first be received at x22

My guess is that you didn't use 3-D secure.
Please make sure to enable AND use it.
The money which was already taken, will be reimbused within 14 days (automatically from HiPay). Normally its a bit faster.

I used 3D secure - I confirmed this payment with my phone bank app. EDIT : I just checked it and my card has 3D secure active.
