If you order via HiPay and the 3D Secure wasn't enabled on the card the payment will be rejected afterwards. So we never see this money.

HiPay will automatically refund you the money within the next 14 days to your card (Usually 3-8 days). If you want to purchase with HiPay make sure you use a 3D Secured card and use the enabled 3D Secure
