I am trying to purchase a membership but I am getting this message "an error occurred while processing the form". Also is there any option so I can use a Lebanese Visa Card?

I don't have PayPal, however I have a USA visa card but that is the message I got above.

You have to enable 3D-Secure and also use it during the payment process.

i had the same issue, i went to a local store and purchased a paysafe card. worked perfectly fine.
