Payment rejected but bank statement says I have two payments processing?

Hey I tried to buy a membership but it got rejected so I tried it again but got rejected again. I checked my bank app and it says I have 2 payments processing, I just wanna know if I'm gonna get double charged for nothing or if its gonna get reversed on its own?

without 3-D Secure your payment don't pass through.. simply cancel thoese payments otherwise it get declined within 14 days

* In case the payment has been done without 3D-Secure enabled on your card it will go through but will show as rejected. The money will never land on our wallets.
So in case you got rejected on the payment due to missing 3D-Secure you will get charged probably but it will be refunded within 14 days by the Payment-holder.
