GTA 5 xInstantHook Question

Hello I wanna purchase xInstantHook GTA 5 but I have a couple questions. Do I need to disable patchguard / use dual boot or do anything else to my OS? And do the advertised features still work flawlessly?

The cheat does work. You have to disable UAC and put xClient on a partition that is not the C: drive.
