Problems with HiPay

I am trying to purchase a membership but so far unable to do so because of HiPay, which has been showing the Payment Rejected error message.

The same error is shown on a MasterCard and a Visa card, both cards are working fine on Amazon and both have 3D secure enabled. I sent a support ticket to HiPay but there is no response.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Yep, that's the first thing I tried. Also, still no rely from HiPay yet.

Do you mind confirming this is the developer's PayPal? I don't mind the ~21% markup, as long as it goes to the developer.
