Banned on COD MW (How do I play again no cheats?)

I was banned a few days ago because I was being a litttle too obvious and obviously copped it. I've used your spoofer just waiting for game to install now, will I just be able to play again with no cheats?

If you have the xClient open by accident with the Game/Bnet you will mostly get instant banned on the acc.
Else i guess you talk about the shadowban
