Does the COD MW 2019 cheat have controller support? If so will aimbot work with it?

Depends, If you want to use a button from the controller to trigger the aimbot, then no it doesn't support.

You can use this https://www.x360ce.com/ to emulate MouseButton1 and make the aimbot work OnPress mode.

You can bind controller button to emulate mouse button.

I don't recommend this.
