Tried buying twice without my card being 3d Secure, I have a debit visa card, and Hi-Pay declined it both. Did a bit of looking on the forums to see that it needs to be "3d secured" so I did a bit of googling and went to the visa website and added the 2FA via phone text (which is best I could find for 3d secure). I tried a third time, now 3d secured and still declined. However this time my bank said it locked my card incase of fraud and I had to click saying I did recognize the payments so that may be why. Two of the three payments show up on my bank statement, one was returned and the other is pending to take away money from my account. Will the pending one automatically give me my money back? And if not how do I request the refund from HiPay?
Finally, did I do the 3d secure correctly? Or is there a specific website for it? And if I did, should I try to buy again or am I missing something?
Also while I'm asking questions, has COD 2019 MW/Warzone ever been detected / banned (besides rage hackers), and does it automatically spoof HWID? (If there is a forum to the full feature list please link it(
