purchased cheat..error COD 2019 WZ

Hello I bought the cheat with HiPay using credit card, HiPay said payment rejected because of error... didnt say what error..
But when I log in my bank account it deducted the price from my credit card.. so the payment went through. Anyone can help me gain access to my cheat?? Did my payment go through???
I bought the cheat twice to see if it appear with error again,, and it deducted twice $27.16 from my credit card but cannot access the cheat. Please help me.
