cod mw purchase inquiry

I plan on purchasing a package, however I was wondering how often I can plan on being banned with this cheat? I only will be using it for radar on multiplayer without trying to be too obvious. May occasionally turn the aimbot on, but I doubt it. Any info would be great, thank you.

Also, is there any banning for GTA since there is no anti cheat?
