It looks like old hack since more than 10 years ago.

I only need a radar hack, no need wallhack/aimbot/esp.

Is it generally VAC proof by a blocker? The blocker is important to notify any VAC update to detect the cheat.

When was the last few times VAC detected it? Pls do state.

The cheat was last time detected in February 2013.

Is there any blocker to auto crash the game when the cheat is detected by update of vac?
