is HiPay down? Trying to buy with Debit Card

I tried to use my Debit Card using HiPay and it doesn't seem to work since Wells Fargo doesn't have 3D Secure.

Is there any other way to purchase via PayPal, Debit Card or Bank Transfer?

No HiPay is working fine you need 3D Secure to use HiPay.
There is also somwhere on the Board a reseller threat just use the search function and look for "PayPal reseller"
