Connection timed out

Hello,

Just bought the x22 radar hack. Ive added the program to the exception list and it runs fine.
However when i try to login i get "Connection timed out" anyone knows why? and how to resolve

Antivirus or ur Firewall

Please help me out here, i have no clue how to resolve this!
