I have made the payment for 3 months in CSGO but I still cannot access to download the client. Can you fix it?

I assume you payed via HiPay and did not check if 3D Secure is on, should it be that case your money will be back on your Account in 7-14 working days

my secure 3D is enabled, I was redirected to the page and sent a message to my mobile with a verification code to complete the transfer.


If it was not complete, the receipt would not come out.

I have called my bank to see what happened and they have told me that the transfer is complete and that the next business day will be deducted from my account.


They have told me that if I do not receive the services to talk to them and they will file a claim.
