3 days ago i PM'ed the community admin 'MouKanga' about getting a refund due to the cheat i bought was advertised as online while it was not, i haven't logged into the client, i haven't done shit besides browsing the forum.
I was told that 'x22 was working on it' i replied that it didn't really matter since i needed the cheat at the time i bought it not whenever it comes back, and therefore would like my money back.
And it was ignored, for 3 days straight, i can see he's been posting in the shoutbox and on the forum, and checking his PM's.. I PM'ed him again after waiting 24hours (Just in case he forgot) and yet again I been ignored, what kind of customer service is this?..
And F.Y.I the cheat is still offline..

I understand that he can be busy or that he might have been on his phone, but atleast give me a reply, don't leave me hanging for 3 days without an answer, when i can see on your profile you checking PM's and that you been posting on the shoutbox and forums.

I'm not sure if they do refunds here (if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me). What they do is swap your subscription to another hack of your choosing.
I agree that the cheat shouldn't be for sale if its down/detected though!

Out of curiosity, which cheat did you purchase?

I bought the l4d2 cheat (It's not detected as i understand it, it simply doesn't work as in it crashes instantly) and if they advertise it to be online i expect it to be so, but once i got access to the premium forum part, i could see that it had been not working since the 24th (I bought it on the 27th)
So since the cheat didn't work, and i didn't login to the client i expect my money to be returned to me, i gave it 24hours after buying to be updated just in case, and since it wasn't i feel that i didn't want to wait any longer, i understand that x22 might be super swamped and busy with other things, and it's partly my own fault for not asking to make sure in the pre-sales forum, but i saw the status as available on the status page and believed it to be accurate.
And this BS with me being ignored i will not tolerate, it pisses me off to be treated this way.
If i don't hear anything from the staff soon i will contact my bank and get my money back that way.

I understand it can be frustrating, but the down-time always gets compensated back to the user. Your subscription won't go to waste.
Do what you feel is best, or maybe an admin will see this thread and give you his/her thoughts on the matter. Best of luck friend.

I really dont care about if downtime gets compensated, since I no longer have any use for the cheat whatsoever, the matter of the fact is i needed it at the time of purchase, which is why when it still wasn't working 24hours later i requested a refund.

you need to wait obviosly... did you check how much users we got on this Page? Its not like ur PM getting ignored we are all just humans so it takes some time to check...

We do not do refunds, you should check the terms before buying anything.
Also even if he was online, he's getting tons of messages, you're not the only one having a request.

It wasn't ignored first of all i was 4 days on vacation so i was online on the forum from the phone sometimes but i cant schedeule refunds from there.
Second of all i didn't ignore you you got your answer after the 2nd DM you sent within 24 hours that x22 works on it, at the end x22 is the last person that i talk to about refunding someone or not.

And for L4D2 we didn't refund anyone simply because if we know its only a matter of a few days only we just don't refund on that. Also the status page is not the cheat availbility status, its the subscription status.
