We do not have your money, HiPay has the money and will refund it within 14 days.

Spamming won't help in this matter. The payment system is automatic here, as soon as we get a confirmation from HiPay that the money is confirmed it will automatically add the subscription to your account.

In case the money comes from a CC or Debitcard and gets rejected after further security checks it won't reach our wallet and will be automatically refunded by hipay within the next 14 business days. You can contact HiPay in this matter, but their answer will be that its 14 business days too.

Yes i gonna respond to multiple quotes you just made.

1. That is not in our Hands, when we didn't receive the money how should we step a head? think further than 5 centimeters in this case. We DON'T own HiPay, HiPay is a Payment processor (please google it). That means when you pay, HiPay gets the money, if everything is 100% alright they will send it within seconds to us and you get AUTOMATICALLY your subscription, just as the 240.000 other users.
In case it didn't wen't FULLY through it will get REFUNDED by HiPay AUTOMATICALLY back to your card within 14 Business days, that is nothing WE can change on. The Authorization process often can be declined or rejected AFTERWARDS, which is NOT in our favor.

So if we give you the cheat now, we would gift it away since we didn't get the money for it on our Bank account, does this make sense to you? No right.
I can understand that you are upset by it, but if you wan't to annoy someone with it then annoy the HiPay support they have a Hotline and a ticket system, go ahead buddy.

2. Also here once again go ahead, guess why we don't have PayPal for the past 2 Years? Activsion knows about us lol, guess we are just better.

3. Yes from your Bankside it went through to HiPay, that is 100% correct and no one ever said it didn't. But still HiPay afterwards declined it or rejected it so it will get refunded by HiPay to your card, how should your Bank know that HiPay is issueing a refund for that?
