no subscription after paying though

Hello I sent my bitcoin using coinbase to the address specified by payssion for [bronze modern warfare 2019 membership] and it went through on my on my end but the site never updated[nor did this site update] if you guys check on your end you should see you got some bitcoin with a note that said this was ''from smallstick69 for cheat"

was I short on money or did something else happen
should I be contacting Payssion or will you figure it out
