I have Master Package but cant use all Cheats

Many years ago i buyed the master package. My question now is why i cant use the new cheats anymore? i want the apex cheat...

cause Apex is Premium you need to buy them extra

I did read that i Can Upgrade to Diamond from lifetime package for free

I got the "old Version" of lifetime. If i did understand this right then i get an Upgrade.

xPackage Lifetime is Diamond Lifetime wich includes all regular Cheats not the Premium Cheats
